Karmenah Vaziraney
Karmenah Vaziraney is an extremely experienced and well respected Criminal Defence Solicitor with over 15 years experience. She is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. She is a member of the London Criminal Courts Solicitors Association. On qualifying as a Solicitor, before finding her niche as a Defence Solicitor, she was a Crown Prosecutor and to this day she finds her previous prosecution experience to be invaluable in assisting her to take apart and destroy the prosecution case.
Miss Vaziraney represents her Clients at police stations and the Magistrates and Crown Courts in London and the South East. She is often able to convince the police, through her knowledge and professionalism, to not take any further action against her Clients,
because of the insufficiency of the evidence or because it is not in the public interest to proceed. If a Client is charged with an offence, Miss Vaziraney has an excellent track record of securing acquittals at both the Magistrates and Crown Courts.

Tim Edwards
Tim Edwards has been undertaking criminal defence work for over 14 years and so has a wealth of experience and knowledge to bring to bear in defending his Clients.
He started off as a barrister, having been called in 1994, and was instructed in hearings from the Magistrates' Courts right up to the Court of Appeal.
He then converted to being a solicitor in 1997 as he preferred to have closer contact with Clients and worked for a couple of years in a busy city centre firm in Liverpool dealing with heavy duty crime.
From 1999 until 2004 he worked in a South London practice dealing with the entire range of criminal work.
In 2004 he set up his own firm with Miss Vaziraney specialising in criminal defence.
He is a member of the London Criminal Courts Solicitors' Association, and is a police station and court duty solicitor. He has experience of defending the entire range of crimes, from motoring offences, assaults, drug offences and thefts right up to frauds, robberies, serious assaults and murder. He will always work hard to ensure the best outcome for his Clients.
Mr Edwards has particular expertise in advocacy and undertakes numerous trials. His philosophy is to represent the Client at all stages of the case, from the police station, all hearings at court and to trial.
